Il est finalement beaucoup plus difficile selon moi d’écrire un texte très réussi dans le registre humoristique. Quand ce livre a été annoncé par de nombreux blogs cet été comme étant une vraie réussite, comme étant hilarant, j’étais vraiment impatiente de le lire pour changer un peu de registre pour une fois.

La presentation de l’ouvrage par son auteur semblait confirmer ce pronostic, ce côté loufoque, déjanté de l’histoire était très séduisant pour sortir de la morosité de la majorité des textes de la rentrée littéraire.

Et bien, il faut croire que je suis hermétique à l’humour en littérature, car je n’ai absolument été réceptive à l’incohérence de l’histoire, aux pseudos jeux de mots, aux délires sur les noms des personnages.

Les situations grotesques me sont apparues cousues de ficelles tellement grosses que cela ne m’a même pas fait sourire…

Il y a quelque chose qui m’échappe dans le succès de ce livre excepté la puissance marketing du titre et le capital sympathie de l’auteur.

Je n’en dirai pas plus, je ne l’ai pas fini…
